MWRDGC RESPONSE 1: Page 6 of the RFP states and courses should incorporate: The RTW program incorporation of these eLearning courses will focus on refreshing or improving the knowledge and skills of the District’s trades workforce, operating personnel, and unskilled laborers, while maintaining industrial and safety compliance in their jobs.
