** Starting October 1, 2014 and thereafter, any contract or request for proposal
(RFP) advertised on the District's website will have
a new feature allowing potential bidders to ask questions and receive answers
from the District online. This is the only means
for potential bidders to ask questions and receive answers regarding specific
contracts or RFPs. Potential bidders may ask questions
online for up to one (1) week prior to the scheduled bid opening date.
Thereafter, the link allowing for online questions will be
disabled, at 12:01 AM on the last day to ask questions.
PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO SUBMIT YOUR QUESTION(S). NO
QUESTION(S) WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE LINK
IS DISABLED. Any online responses to online questions are not binding to the
contract or RFP bidding documents. Any official interpretation
or change to the bidding documents will be made only by an addendum duly issued
to all plan holders on record by the Director of Procurement
and Materials Management.
